FOR BYERS
Your company is going to buy goods from abroad, but foreign economic activity is not your profile and it is a difficult task for you to carry out import deliveries on your own? Entrust the solution of all issues to us!
We offer a service in which our company assumes all obligations for import clearance and delivery of goods.
The scheme of work is as follows:
- We calculate the cost of the goods with the calculation of all costs;
- After agreeing on the cost, we conclude an agreement with you, with the Supplier - a foreign trade contract;
- We form the necessary package of documents;
- We make payment of customs duties;
- We submit an import declaration;
- We deliver goods to your warehouse.

So you receive imported goods to your warehouse under the usual Russian supply agreement, without delving into the specifics of customs clearance.
If you need your company to be a direct participant in a foreign trade transaction, we offer the “agency support” service. The specialists of our company accompany the transaction at all stages and provide brokerage services, namely:
- We classify the goods in accordance with the FEACN of the EAEU;
- Determine the amount of customs payments;
- Checking incoming and outgoing documents;
- We help in obtaining permits;
- We register your company at the customs post;
- Submit a declaration.

If necessary, we will also organize the delivery of goods to your warehouse.
FOR SUPPLIERS
In case that you are going to deliver the goods to Russia, however, the Buyer cannot independently import the goods. Our company is ready to take care of all the issues! We will buy the goods from you, draw up all the necessary documents, pay customs duties and deliver the “cleared” goods to your client.
Our company has been working in the field of foreign economic activity for several years and is ready to provide recommendations from our clients. Together with customs clearance, we also organize the entire logistics chain.
CARGO TRANSPORTATION
Cargo transportation from and to Russia is carried out mainly by road, there is also the possibility of air, sea and rail transportation.
For example, a car route usually runs along the coast of the Caspian Sea in transit through Azerbaijan. The advantage of this type is the possibility of delivering goods of different characteristics and volumes, as well as the optimal price-time-quality ratio.
Freight transportation by sea is also very popular. Delivery is carried out to the ports of Novorossiysk in the Black Sea, Astrakhan and Makhachkala in the Caspian Sea, and the cargo can also be sent to St. Petersburg or Kaliningrad across the Atlantic.
Transportation of goods by rail to Russia is not often used due to the underdeveloped system of rail links abroad. At the same time, since 2014, the North-South branch was opened, connecting the northeastern provinces of Iran with the South Urals.
If fast delivery of cargo is required, within 2 days, then there is air transportation. Of course, this is the most expensive, but also the fastest way to deliver goods.
Our employees will select not only the best option for cargo transportation, but also carry out all the necessary customs clearance of goods.
